Refunds and withdrawal

Because products are digital content delivered after payment, delivery starts with your request at checkout. By completing payment you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery begins, where applicable.

If an item was not delivered, the Minecraft name was entered incorrectly, or a technical issue occurred, contact the server operator before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate.
